COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Due to COVID-19, our salon is implementing strict protocols to protect our guests and us stylists to the best of our ability. We greatly appreciate the cooperation of our guests during these challenging times. Please review the following information before arriving at your scheduled appointment. 

 

CLIENT PROTOCOLS

 

  • Guests will be required to wear a CLEAN mask into the salon. They will then be provided with a disposable mask for the duration of the appointment. 

  • Upon entry of the salon, your temperature will be taken and we will ask you to please wash your hands. We will provide hand sanitizer at the front desk, as well as at each of our stations, for everyones use.

  • To help create a safe environment for our guests, we will be implementing a $10 surcharge to each serviced guest to help cover the cost required for sanitation materials and masks.

  • We understand that school is out and childcare is limited, but we do ask that you come to your appointment alone. Should a minor, above the age of 12, have a service appointment, the parent may drop them off at the door and pick up at the door, however, they may not enter the salon with their minor. We will NOT be doing children’s cuts at this time.

  • Prior to your appointment, please let us know if you have put any non-professional color on your hair. This will help us prepare for extra time and product. 

  • Beverage service will be suspended. We also ask that no outside food or drink enter the salon. Please keep personal items to a minimum. 

  • We ask you to please pay with card only…NO cash at this time.
